Victims of cruel experimentation by an insane sorcerer, a small group of diminutive men and women found their freedom. Shunned and feared by society, they have become small-time bandits, using their special abilities to survive.

They specialize in ranged attacks, using their innate time powers to confuse their enemies and gain advantage. They'd rather escape a bad situation than fight to the death.

Time bandits can move forwards and backwards slightly in time. They can un-do a hit or teleport to another location, consuming their action during that period.

Reverse Time. As a bonus action, the time bandit can ignore all damage dealt to the time bandit during the damaging enemy's turn.

Actions

Multiattack. The time bandit can make two attacks during its turn.

Shortbow. Ranged Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, range 80/320 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (1d6 + 6) piercing damage.

Time Jump. The time bandit ceases to exist until the beginning of its next turn, at which point it reappears in an unoccupied space up to 30 feet from its previous position.
